I am trying to overclocking the Barton 3000+ with ABIT AT7 MAX2 with Pc3500 Corsair RAM.

I have problems running with 195+ FSB.

When i select that speed, my system file is missing or damaged

Any ideas ?


I am using TI4800SE ( 9700 pro does not work for me so well )
 
probably pci bus is outta whack (well it is actually...its at 39...i don tthink theres a 1/6 divider?) so hd's crapping out

maybe try more voltage to cpu (vcore), it might clear it up
but still at 39mhz pci, hd wont be too happy lol

maybe get a nforce2 board...or just up te mult

Is that too low?

using Geil for it this time.

 
remmeber ti4800se is like a ti4200 (or is it 4400?) but with 8xagp

that is right, this is Ti4200 engine.

I am getting 13700.

I dont care about the 8x, but i think 13700 is okay number right ?
