Questions on MiniSD Cards

I just got a Pocket PC from sprint and it takes MiniSD. Looking on newegg and other websites, 2gb cards vary from $15-$90. Its obvious that its a speed difference and possibly quality. Is there a huge difference between a regular card speed and the high speed cards? The only info i could find, the regulars are about 7-8mb/s and the high speed are from 9-12mb/s. Is it worth getting the fast one?

Your WM device doesn't have a high speed reader so you'll be find with a non-high speed card.
