Questions On Fan arrangement

I just got 2 more case fans for my Chieftec Dragon Case. This brings my total up to 4 case fans. The problem is i don't know which fans should be intake and which should be out. Can someone plz give me the optimal fan arrangement?

I have all of my fans installed in the back in the same case. Then there isn't neutral or positive airflow in the case which doesn't do much for cooling. That way there the negative airflow cools better and I just filter the front intakes for dust.
