How long is a reasonable time to give a merchant a chance to reply or try to make things right? I placed the order 1/25 and it was delivered 1/29 but half the stuff are missing with no details on why. One item was suppose to be dropped shipped from the manufacturer but so far have not received any emails or tracking number for it. My email yesterday has not been answered. I know it's only been about a day but I called earlier today and no answer. Can't even leave a message cause their mailbox is full. My CC has been charge already.

I'm not going to file the chargeback yet but would the end of this week be a reasonable amount of time? How does the whole process work? Also, since I received some but not all of the order how would that work? Does the CC just chargeback the total of what I didn't received?

if they don't pick up and fix it that day, do a chargeback of the missing amt as far as im concerned.

also depends on the company, amazon i would cut some slack.
