Questions on Bois settings for A7n8x Dx 2.0? About agp!

On My A7n8x Deluxe 2.0 I was looking at some of my bios options...
Graphics Apeture Size 64 is default! I can raise or lower it... What is that for? I have a Ati 9800np w/128m... over clocked to pro! Should I set that to 128 or am I a complete dumbass!

PLus... I was told to set the AGP Frequency from auto to 66! Why would I want to do that? Plus what else could I even ues?
 
For overclocking, setting the AGP freq locks it so overclocking the system doesn't damage the card or cause corrupted outputs. 66MHz is the specified speed for the AGP spec. Peace.
