Questions on Adding a second power supply

I remember someone mentioning this a while ago... just wanna know where can I find more info and pics on adding a second ps to run fans, lights-etc. And where would you plug the connector that would usually be plugged into the mobo? And is this mainly for full towers? (I got a Antec s830)

Do a www.google.com search Plenty of articles on this. I myself have joined 2 ATX PSUs by:

1) Cut 2 ATX extension cables in half.
2) Solder 2 female and one male connector together.
3) Plug both PSs in and plug the contraption to the motherboard.
4) You get more stable voltages and the secondary PS will turn on and off as if it were the primary.
