Why don't you ask them? They built the site. Different designers charge different rates for jobs based of credentials, who's paying for the site, etc. You can get a freelance designer to do basically the same site for half the cost of a professional web design company such as leveltendesign.com. Difference is if you're going with a professional you know the quality of work to expect.
