Questions for Rice (and Beans) Bois.

1) Why do people hang CDs with the Puerto Rican flag on their rearview? Is it a real CD? If so, what's on it?

2) Why do Italian people have a little Italian flag on the back of their car? Some sekret klub perhaps?

3) How come I only see non-Chinese people with Chinese character tattoos? What percentage of these tattoos translate to something like "Lunch Special #5: Beef with Chinese Vegetables?" It's not like the, non-Chinese-speaking Qui Lo know what it says anyway.
