I just bought a LeadTek GF2 GTS on ebay. The jerk that sold it to me didn't include a manul and software. Bastard. Anyway, with games like Max Payne, do I use hardware T&L or software T&L. Hardware, right? That's what is built into the card, right?

Also, does refresh rates in the display adaptor properties pertain to the monitor or the card? I have a 5 y/o ADI @ 800x600x32. I have the refresh rate at 70Hz. Not sure if I can go higher or not. Thanks

 
Always use hardware t&l since all Geforce cards support it. The refresh rates that your looking at are just suggest ones. 70 mhz at 800X600 is a joke. The Geforce 2 gts supports more refresh rates then your monitor does probably. I run my games at 1024X768 at 85 mhz refresh which is my monitors max. Most monitors support 85 mhz at 1024X768, but some really old ones don't. I have no clue about 800X600 but you could probably run at 100 mhz refresh with no problems.
