Questions about those smartphone VR box things?

I want to get one of those cheap VR boxes with the plastic lenses to play around with using my Samsung S5 and 5" screen. Yeah, I know the resolution isn't high enough, but it's just for play, and I played around with a few boxes today and true 1080p videos don't look *that* bad through the VR box.

- In scenes where there is motion, there's a lot of blurriness. Is this normal?

- In a couple of the boxes I could clearly see the white top and bottom bezels of my phone because the light from the screen illuminates the whiteness and the field of view of the lenses is wider than just the screen itself. What should I look for in getting lenses that have a narrower field of view so that the bezels aren't in view? It seems that people want to get *wider* fields of view in their boxes... but wouldn't this just show more of the phone bezels?

- I need a box that's eyeglass friendly and has diopter and pupillary distance adjustments. Any recommendations?
