I am new to the streaming boxes and looking to get up to speed and do some comparisons...

I don't currently have a subscription tv service, but my work provides me with access to HBO Go, Epix and some others, and am looking for a device that will work with them...

Looking hard at the Roku, but after doing some reading and seeing some input regarding some of the other devices such as Apple TV, Boxee and WD Live, and some of the 3rd party apps such as XBMC, Plex, etc... I am looking to do a little more research before buying...

Any suggestions for a site or two that might have what I am looking for in one location?

I use my Roku mainly for Plex. I've ripped most of my DVD & BD collection to my HTPC and stream it with the Roku through Plex. Works great, and the rest of what Roku offers is just gravy. I only wish it would stream via DLNA as well; perhaps one day.

Is Plex any less clunky on the Roku vs. the Logitech Revue? Long shot that anybody has had both... but I'm not a fan of it on the Revue right now and I don't know if it's a hardware limitation on the box that makes it so slow or if it's the app itself. The videos play fine once they get going, but the UI is slow.
