Can you record the radio on your computer through the line in? I'm not looking to record mp3's and stuff, simply talk shows.

Does either Sirius or XM have After Dark (The old Art Bell Show)? Yea, I like listening to it.

What kind of talk shows do they both have? I enjoy listening to comedy, political discussions, news, weird stuff, etc? I like listening to Rush for example (I don't agree with him alot - but I like to listen). . . etc.

Both seem to have musical selections that would satisfy me, but I'm more of a talk person.

I wanted more information as to what kind of talk programs are available and which ones go with which service so I can decide the one I want the best.

Yeup, just buy necessary cables from Radio Shack/Frys if you have to.

Plug into your Computer's Mic-In and start recording with any software you prefer.

I think Sirius has an EXCELLENT talk lineup....

Quite a varied selection of both political (Sirius Left and Sirius Right) and my favorite Sirius Central, with The Radio Chick and Jay Thomas....

I like the shows so much i even listen to them on the web over here in the UK this summer.

Arghh

I want artbell
but I want NPR

Why can't each have both? This is what is bad about pay services, they fragment and you have to buy 2 things to get what you want.

Arghhh...I may just buy a super duper AM radio that can pick up distant broadcasts instead.
