Questions about SAT's

I have some questions about the SAT's & AP.

Is it better to put the list of colleges you would like to send the scores to on the registration card of SAT I or better to send them after receiving it?

After receiving the AP scores, when is the best time to send them? As soon as I receive them to the college I would like to attend or in my senior year after completing all the testing?

I sent mine after recieving the scores.

For AP, I put in a list of schools during the test.

Should I send the AP scores before sending my college application or do they request them if you list your AP classes on your app?
