It will make a difference, but you'll need a pump with a little more head.
Overclockers did a good
article on the thermal properties of radiators, flow rate etc. Basically it's best to have a high flow rate through the water block, and a slow flow rate through the radiators. This usually means tying the output of the pump directly to the input of the block. By the time the water gets to the radiators, it should be feeling the "drag" of all those turns. Two radiators should just slow it down even more (which is a good thing). From what I've read, having them in parallel is better than in series but I could be wrong on that point.
