Questions About Radeon/Kyro 2 Performance?

I'm sick of the terrible 2d quality of my MSI Geforce2Pro and I want to get a Radeon or KyroII. I know posts similar to this have been posted before but i want to know how these cards perform with higher end systems. Most of the reviews I've seen of the KyroII and Radeon have them running on slower cpu's. I have a 1333 Athlon running on an A7M so I want to see how these cards stack up in high end systems. Any replies are appreciated.

with that cpu kyro 2 is in paradise...
I think that you would get better results with kyro 2 than with radeon (with that kind of system)...
 
Here's what I want the card to do. I want a desktop at 1280x960 and to run Half-life, NFSPU, and Tribes2 all in 1024x768 or 1152x864 32bit color with all options maxed.
