Questions about overclocking under Windows XP

A little about my system first.....

Asus A7V133 with the lastest bios beta version that just came out
TB 1.4 (Water Cooled)
786 megs of PC150 ram
GeForce3
SB Live Value
Windows XP version 2600

Now the problem, my TB is unlocked and the most I can get it to do is 1533MHz. If I raise the mem bus above 134 I either have all my problems crash or windows will crash all togeather, or my system just reboots.

Right now Im using 11.5x133 I did try 12x130 to 133 and while my system would boot at 1600, my computer would restart right when XP started to load.

I know its not a heat issue because my cpu never goes over 100F even running RC5 24/7

Any ideas if this is a hardware problem or a XP problem?

Is there anything I can try to get my speed up to 1566-1600?
