questions about my server processors

ok so i think i remember my slot 1 p3 processors saying 733 on them. but my OS says its 550. is there a way to know for sure? its a pain in the ass to take my server out to open it to know for sure. is there some software that can tell me? and if they are in fact 550s would dual 800s make a noticeable difference?
