Questions about my ABIT KT7-RAID motherboard

I just installed my 700mhz Duron on my KT7-RAID motherboard. I went ahead and bought some PC133 RAM but it apears that my board is still running at 100mhz. Is there anyone who can explain to me what the various settings mean in the SoftMenuIII category of my BIOS? I am sure that is the area where I can beef up my performance but I don't know what all the settings represent. Anyone out there with this board that can help me out?

In your bios, go to Softmenu III. There should be an option about DRAM Clock or something to that matter. Change it to Host CLK + PCI Clock. That will give you 133 mhz (provided your bus speed is not overclocked)
