Questions about mini-ITX boards

Hi

I have been doing some research on the VIA EPIA motherboards. I know they are a low power motherboard and processor. I've heard them compared to a celeron processor. However, I was wondering if the motherboard are full 32 bit boards or are they crippled like celerons? Has anyone tried one with a PCI video card to do light gaming (RTS and maybe some flight sims, limited FPS)? I just think the small form factor would be really cool and I'm trying to see if it could be worth it as a travel machine.

I have also heard there are other mini-ITX manufactureres out there including a possible mini-ITX board with a Pentium M. Has anyone heard anything else about the other manufacturers other than VIA?
