Questions About Microsoft Playtest Research

I live in the Seattle area and I've known about the Microsoft Usability Reseach program for a while now. I downloaded the forms for the Playtest yesterday and I mailed them out today. Does anybody know how long it normally takes before they select you for the testing? Is it guaranteed that you will eventually be selected? Has anybody out there had any experience with this Playtest research? I also have another question. If you do get selected, Microsoft allows you to choose an item off of their gratuity list. What items are on this list? The list at the Microsoft website lists just a few items and it says that there are many more. If anybody knows anything about this, replies are greatly appreciated.

Edit: Do you mean like a beta test or like a go there and do usability with them?
 
ive done it, you are not guarenteed to be selected and you usually will drive out to Redmond at the Millenium Campus to play some games. what specific questions do you have.
