Hi,
I am using Windows XP Professional, and recently, there are huge amount of disk spaces just mysteriously disappear. My C disk has a space of 14G, and by summing up the usage of each folder, there are at most 6G space used. However, it shows only 2G space left ! This is even after my cleaning up all the internet temperary files, etc. Can anyone give me some kind hints ? What mysterious files have occupied the disk space?
Also another problem is that some software installation simply failed, e.g. when I was installting some VPN software, the installation process simply hang up, and freeze there. What is the possible problem? Is that some virus? I am actually using NOrton antivirus :-(
