I believe they will discuss M2, Manslaughter, and Agg Asssault w/firearm.

Seems impossible to get to any of those unless you can remove self defense from the picture, particularly the first two.

That is got Jules question, though. Legally he should keep the gun. If I were in his shoes I doubt I would ever want to see one again after this. Ironically though he will need one now more than ever and I recommend he find the whitest town full of confederate flag wavers he can and hunker down there for a few years.

He will absolutely continue to play cops and robbers. He'll feel very empowered after the ordeal he just went through.
His license will be returned to him if he's found not guilty.

That dude was on CNN tonight and agreed with one of the CNN analysts that said he had been thrown under the bus. He is watching the trial closely and was a witness. When gz is acquitted this guy will have bitter sweet vindication. When the riots cause damage, injuries, and possible loss of life I hope those most pivotal in ensuring the state brought this case feel some degree of blame for kicking the hornets nest.

I'm not convinced. I'd bet he will feel exhausted and relieved and never want to pick up a gun again.

Have there ever been any studies on this? I know killing people takes a real toll on military and police officers and they have the backing of the organizations they work for to help them deal with it. This guy has been vilified in the media and the court of public opinion plus dragged through the legal system for the past year.

Yes, he will continue to carry. He seems fairly smug through this ordeal and I don't think it's altered his thought processes enough to forsake firearms. Like I said above, if anything, he'll feel more empowered if found not guilty.

I think Zimmerman likely deeply regrets what he did (just look at his weight gain and the generally stressed look in him). I think it's likely he'll give up on firearms completely after this, and in 5-20 years some journalist will catch up to him and write a 5-10 page writeup on how Zimmerman is faring as like a groundskeeper handyman for a low-rent duplex.

I agree with this 100%. He didn't put on all that fat because he is enjoying this. It has probably been a hellacious year and a half for him and there is no way he does not wish he had just stayed inside that night and eaten ice cream.
