I'm thinking of buying a digital camera, actually I would like to buy 2.
I would like to start off with a very inexpensive DC (under $100) just to get a feel for it and play around with some of the features. Once I kinda have some familiarity with DC's then I plan on looking for a higher end camera that will allow me to use different lenses and take high quality shots.
So I guess my first question is:
Can anyone recommend a somewhat decent digital camera for less than $100?
Is it possible to take images made with a cheap digital camera and improve them using photo editing software?
