Dell was the worst etailer you've ever dealt with? I've purchased quite a few things from them & have only had problems with a return & with tech support once. (They couldn't RMA a doa monitor until a tech diagnosed the problem - the tech couldn't diagnose the problem because I didn't purchase a complete system. And the tech support case was when my power supply went bad. I diagnosed it myself, only to go through tech support, have to completely tear down the computer, only for them to diagnose the motherboard. It was the power supply.)
