Particularly Dell.
1) Is it hard or easy to return/exchange Dell LCDs that may have shipped with dead pixel(s).
2) How common are dead pixels? I'd hope and assume 10% or less.
3) This one I'm really curious about. Are dead pixels either there or not (ie during manufacturing), or can they just spontaneously appear over time for no apparent reason??
