questions about DDR memory timing

I was over at the VR-zone reading their review of overclocked DDR333 and I had some questions. The following excerpt is from their description of the testing setup. Could someone take the time to explain what all these are/do in regard to the memory module. Also, if you would explain how these are interrelated that'd be great. Thanks for the help.
