I've never been on a cruise. I see these deals for like $270 for 3-4 days at sea, etc. I'd like to know what the hidden costs are. Has anyone been on one? How's it like and what do they charge you for? How do I avoid getting ripped off?
 
Probably for the smallest room in the interior of the ship (no windows) and you have to share the room with a stranger. 😉
 
You expected to tip almost everyone at the end.
Meals and your room is included in the prices. If you want alcohol or sodas you have to buy them (you can get sodas at meals for free) . They sometimes have a casino that is a big rip off. They offer bingo also. The have shows on the boar but I can remember if they charge a fee.
