Questions about case lighting (CCFL, EL)

On average, how much current does a CCFL and EL setup draw (12" and 5' respectively)? I'm planning on doing a little neon work on the "Blue Light Special" system once I finish up the "blue LED keyboard/mouse/monitor/speaker" mods. (Yes, I am obsessive. Deal with it.)

Average Current Demand 350mA at 12VDC.

That's for a 12 incher.

They don't take much unless you go extremely crazy..
then you should have a separate power supply just for them 😉

I don't plan to become a PC Ricer, just a few custom designs on the side panels or a "glow-through" keyboard possibly.

I just got a cold cathode 12" green tube awhile back and I tried it out the other night at a lan party.
Man, it was bright! It lit up the whole room so you probably don't need much anyway.
I plan on putting it in my new case which has a window.
