i'm eyeing some phones from Buy.com for myself and my parents. we'd be doing a family minute sharing plan.

now, the phones have great rebates where my parents will get free (some acutally make money) phones and mine (possibly a treo 650) will have rebates as well.

any idea if these phone rebates are 1 per household?

i tried calling them a few times, but got put on hold. my battery life is dying (a reason why i'm getting a new phone :p), so i thought i'd pick ATOT's collective brain.

also, even though they make you select a rate plan during checkout, you actually choose the correct plan when you call in to activate the phone, right?

Buy.com has usually been good to me but I never had to get a rebate from them.

Several friends of mine have gotten stuff from A1wireless.com. Apparently the rebates DO come through eventually.

I'd like to get the Motorola A630 for free, but I'm not sure yet.

I got the first batch of phones for my family from Amazon, a total of 4 of em. Bunch of rebates...

I'd say look around for the actual rebate forms. If you can find em they have all the info you'd need (well, they "should" at least)
