Questions about AT selling, heatware

Wow. Ebay has gone to a solid 10% fee, plus ~3% for paypal. So, although the audience is far smaller, I'm likely to post my items on Anandtech's for sale board.

So, this Heatware thing, that's just a feedback system, like ebay, more or less?

I've sold 2 of the 4 GTX Titans on ebay the first day, but due to those fees, I'm considering pulling the ads. I'd rather pass on (some of) the savings then to pay ebay 10%.
