Hi everyone,
I order several stuffs from Amazon.com and have never returned one before. However, this time, I get a defective item and need to return it to Amazon.com. But when I goto Amazon.com and process the return, the last page simply gave me the return address and say something like
"Thanks you, we have recieved your return request....... We will process your refund once we recieved.............."
There is no RMA# at all!!!!! Is this normal? I have returned items to Dell before and they do issue the RMA#. And anyone have experiences with Amazon.com return policy? My understanding is that they have good return policy. Any helps would be greatly appreciate. Thanks.
