What's the difference between the v1.2 or v2? Are they all v2 now, or what is a good place to guarantee the later version? I plan on at least 215fsb or so. Will it easily get me there? I need ram to match. I was thinking of twinmos pc3700, but I'll take recommendations.

most places have the 2.0 but you can try newegg and excaliber

the difference between the two is just basically that they cleared the space around the socket so you can use watercooling and larger heatsinks...

i don't remember whate else they changed...

:)

Soundstorm audio on nf7-s. that will save you $50-70 so you dont have to buy a sound card. the soundstorm is as good as an audigy 1, if not better. i will be getting an nf7-s in a week or two :D

It adds Firewire and the Nvidia APU via the better MCP-T southbridge. It also adds S-ATA RAID via the Silicon Image controller....great board! :)

Check out Googlegear.com....they have the NF7-S for $114.50 shipped here. :)
