I've decided to hold out on 7xx mobos since Nehalem will make em obsolete anyhow..

I decided to go with any good cheap mobo that can support Wolfdale 45nm procs. My price-range is lke 110-115 shipped. I don't need SLI atm, I would like the FSB to support 1333 and for it to support DDR2 800mhz mem.

Any suggestions?

Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L(It supports 45nm Yorkfield, but I'm not sure about Wolfdale).

It's P35 and has a lot of features reserved for more expensive motherboards. IIRC, the only thing it doesn't have is FireWire. It also is cheap. 680i support is iffy, they may be able to support wolfdale and they have problems with 4 memory slots being filled as well as OCing quads.

i think pretty much every intel 3 series chipset, g31/p31/g33/p35 will support 45nm

mainstream nehalem wwont even be out until probably the end of the the summer of 2009, so i dont know why not just get a 7 series now... thats almsot 2 years away.
