Questions about 1.6A Overclocking setup

I ordered a 1.6A back in the beginning of July from newegg.com when i heard that they were being discontinued, so now, I've finally finished my original 1.8 thoroughbred AMD system, so I am looking for a motherboard, HS-Fan for the P4, and DDR RAM that will OC good (already have HD, FDD, DVD, case, and PSU). Right now, i've looked at a viap4x400 based mobo, such as the Soltek SL-85ERV but am kinda out of ideas for good DDR RAM and a quality Heatsink. Also, does anyone know if XtremeDDR (www.xtremeddr.com) is a good brand to buy. Thanks. So, if anyone has any ideas for me, please let me know and thanks a million.
 
I would go with a board with the sis 648 chipset. For overclocking ram Samsung seems the best right now for the price. That's it for now.
