I've been on a program that is inching closer and closer to SL 5x5 as scripted, and I just do a workout every other day. I read in many places about people who do MWF versions of various workouts.
Just wondering why people take the weekend off? Easier to schedule things during a more static work week, too busy on weekends?
One of the reasons I ask is that a gym closest to me has different rates depending on frequency of visits. MWTH is cheaper than MWF, and anytime/anyday is the most $$. Not a fan of this pricing model.
I start to get antsy if I wait 3 days between workouts.
