Questionable PSU - Do Yall Concur?

Hey All..

I have the following generic PSU I was planning on using for my friend, Linky, who wants the current rig:

AMD64 3500+ (Socket 939)
Abit AV8 Mobo
1GB DDR500 (twin sticks)
X800 Pro GPU
1 SATA HDD
1 DVD
1 Floppy
Numerous Case Fans

But, I am kinda worried that this is a no-name brand. The specs look good, especially on the 5V rail, but the 12V is what bugs me.

Any thoughts?

MUCH better to go with a 400-450w name-brand than risking having it screw something up in your system.
