I planning on getting a 6600gt buti dont know which one to get

this one

or this one

they are both by leadtek but one with hdtv out and other TV-Out (S-Video/Composite) (the one with hdtv out come with doom 3) i dont have a hdtv but if i get the one with hdtv out would it work with a tv without hdtv ?

also if there time how do u know if a psu is compatible with ur pc?
 
If you're going to buy doom3 anyway ($45-$50) then get the one with Doom3. If you have no interest in the game then get the other one.

Yes, any power supply should work with any motherboard you buy. The motherboards and power supplies are built to the same industry standard specifications to ensure compatability. Just choose a quality built power supply and you'll be fine. Personally, I'm using an Antec True 480 this time around and am having no problems. Antec, Enermax, and OCZ are some good power supply manufacturers.
