i have k8n with 1.4 award bios and i wanted to konw what does the agressive timing setting is and what is the spread spectrum setting and when should i enable it.
also in all the manuals of this mobo there are different settings of the bios than what i have, and i guess that's ok since i have a newer ver of the bios, but i can't seem to find the option for changing the 1T 2T memory setting, it's just not there. how do i know if my memory is using 1T or 2T? (pqi pc400 1GB turbo mem 2-2-2-5)

please enlighten me...
