question - which camera phone?

i've got these options:

Motorola 720i (free)
Ericsson T610 (free)
O2X1 (free)
Nokia 7250i (£50)
Samsung v200 (£100)
Samsung p400 (£140)

I like nokia, but i prefer free 🙂
the samsungs aren't really an option (because of the price) unless they'll pay my rent.

also would like to know information about memory upgrades, any accessories needed (is a cable to connect to my PC going to be £35?) and anything else anyone thinks is useful information 🙂

picture quality for the camera isn't critical unless one of them is "that bad". ability to use an mp3 as my ringtone would be nice 😉 (or to convert it into the phone etc etc)
