Question: what is that white stuff called that car dealers use to write messages on car windows?

My best friends wedding is tomorrow. I found some sticky foam stuff at checker but i also want to get the white paint used to write on windshields. Problem is i dont know what it is called and neither do the people at Checker or AutoZone.

Shoe polish is a pain to remove.... if you're a real friend you'll use soap so it can be easily washed off (assuming this is a nice car)... otherwise go with shoe polish. 😉

white shoe polish.

I'm sure the dealers use some kind of paint for better durability, but for newlyweds, I agree that white shoe polish should suffice.

Shoe polish stayed on my window for more than 2 weeks, still looked as good as the day I put it on there. Only reason it dissappeared was because I Washed it off.
