question to cable users/cox HSI users

just got cox HSI a few days ago, absolutely love it
but i was wondering what kind of speed other cable users are getting, as well as cox users

according to down2home im averaging just over 400kb/s (sometimes itll burst higher like around, and using DAP it has done up around 7 and 800 on more than one occassion) and was curious as to what others are getting. i know cable speeds are related also to how much local usage is running, but im in a low populated area and im pretty sure most of these people arent into cable internet

should i be expecting more? or is this about the usual?

First, start with asking the company that you bought the service from what they cap your cable connection at. Then, go to DSL Reports and test it.

Also, unless you find people on your specific network (node) in your neighborhood, examples of what other cable customers are getting really isn't going to do anything for you.
