You ever notice, that about 15 minutes or so after you workout that your sex drive greatly increases? i dont necessarily mean hard-on, I mean feel like a natural animal instinct to have sex.
Last time I exercised regularly, it gave me a very, very short temper. Curbed my appetite for food. Didn't notice any effect on sex drive.
ALTHOUGH, I would like to take this time, to acknowledge the existence of a state known as "horniness" that has nothing to do with whether you are physically aroused at the moment.
