About ergonomics, and back pain and such.
I have a prob with my chair, the lower part of the back sticks out way too much, thuse being lame lumbar support, and now a "muscle spasm" in my right shoulder has come back from my previous job. I developed a Tightness/knot in my entire back right shoulder region at my prevous job as a cashier, where all the people came by on my left, so the right would work the cash and my left hand being the dominant would work the bags, items and such. and for some reason after doing that nearly a year I had developed a severe prob in the shoulder, went to a chiropracter, and got it worked out, after leaving that job and starting an office job, now it's returned, plus I get major pains in my butt from the chair, because its large lumbar support forces me to slide off, and if i lay the back so i'm not pushed of, to get the right backl support i have to lean too far and slide any way, any suggestions on a better chair? one with good hight because I have to roll over to our bank of servers to work on raised keyboars as well., and arms arn't required.
