Does anyone know examples of when Simpson family members supported eachother. I.E. Homer support Marge, Bart support Lisa or vice versa. Thanks.

I'm writing an essay about how The Simpsons are dishonest to eachother. I forget about Marge and need some examples. What happened with the French guy?

when bleeding gums murphy dies, it just so happens that bart had won a $500 lawsuit against krusty, instead of buying what he wants he buys lisa, bleeding gums album, to support her through the tough time.

Also...hmm i had another one, maybe when bart sells his soul, lisa goes out of her way to get it back for him.

oh heres the other one

the story behind lisa's sax, homer wants an air conditionor and lisa is going to be accepted at a great private school but the simpsons cant afford it. To enrich her life with the money they have, homer gives up their air conditioner money in order for lisa to get a sax.

when lisa thinks she is losing her mind and going to become another dumb simpson, homer gets all the simpson relatives together to show her that they can succeed...all are dumb fools, but then they talk to the woman of the simpson family and they are all doctors, lawyers, etc...helping lisa no longer lose confidence

There's the episode where Lisa is competing with the new girl. The new girl was some guest star, I think. Anyway, Lisa keeps getting one up by the new girl and can't stand it. She wants to win the diarama competition and asks Bart to help. He helps by stealing her diarama and replacing it with a cows heart. The diarama was for Poe's story.

There's an episode where Bart and Lisa join a males-only military academy (obviously, mocking the whole Citadel situation). Lisa falls behind since she's not physically up to the test, but Bart goes all mushy-lovey and helps her train (even though it alienates him from his peers) so she can pass the final physical test and earn everyone's respect.

Morality in a Simpsons episode, who'dve thunk it?

Bart and Lisa support each other in Episode 2F05 - Lisa On Ice.

Bart and Lisa are both junior hockey phenoms and it eventually leads to a matchup between the two with Lisa as the goalie and Bart taking a possible game-winning penalty shot.

In the end, the two remember how much they've helped each other in the past and drop their sticks and hug

Don't forget the FIRST SEASON... Christmas Special - Homer doesn't get his bonus and they have no money for Christmas.. but he brings home Santa's Little Helper and the whole family is happy.

Also.. When Lisa gets a pony, Homer works two jobs.
