Question regarding Windows OS COA.

Does it matter where it comes from ?

Let's say I purchase a Dell OEM Win XP Pro + COA. But install it in a custom build computer.

Thre shouldn't be any problems correct ?

If that copy was supposed to be for a dell computer, it's registered with those components, so it won't work, but a way to get around it call them up (edit: MS that is) and tell them that you change your hardware a lot.
