Question regarding small shuttle type cases

I have all the parts for a smaller shuttle type PC, I have a P4 3.2 w/HT, 2 gig of DDR for it, a sata and ide hard drive, and DVd drive...I basically need to pick up a little shuttleish type PC.

I do not mind used, if I can find one, but I dont want to spend more then 100 bucks...if even, haha. I just want to use it for an FTP server and a 24 ish person CS server running 2k3 server or ubuntu.

I just cant find anything, I never looked at shuttle type PCs back in the day, and now all the small form factors are socket T, when it comes to INTEL, any insight would be great, thanks!

Sudhian/SFFTech is well-known as a place to get all info Shuttle. Try the Shuttle XPC and Legacy Barebones or Buying & Selling forums.

hehe MM, I just PMd 2 people from the sudhian forums regarding the stuff they had for sale, a few of em seem to be from the UK, so we'll see if they will ship overseas!

There are a lot of people from both sides of the pond. Hopefully, you can find what you are looking for.

If you want a little nicer Shuttle, there is always this.

Funny, I was looking at that one, but I just wanna spend a couple bucks on the shuttle and set it up. How long do they usually last? I mean, it'll be on 24/7/365 when I get it, haha.

They last just as long (if not longer, depending on the model) than any other computer.

I have had them as 24/7/365(6) servers for many years without issues.
