Question regarding seti

OK, so I finally got around to installing the seti CLI on 2 more of my 4 computers today...and noticed that on my 1.2 athlon, seti spy is telling me:

Estimated total time: 6:57
Rate: 14.37%/hour
Efficiency: 7.22 CpF

And on my Duron 750,
Estimated total time: 4:57
Rate: 20.16%/hour
Efficiency: 3.3 CpF

These are both on machines freshly wiped with a clean install of XP, why is the duron going faster than the 1.2 athlon?

It could be because of different angle ranges of the WUs being processed, or that it is at the beginning of a WU, and SETISPY doesn't accurately report the length of time it takes to process a WU when it first starts (better to wait until 60% complete).

I would compare them again after each have had several different types of WUs crunched.
