Question regarding RMA'ing a board to MSI

I purchased an MSI board here in FS/FT recently - it worked fine until the other day. Does anyone have experience in trying to RMA a board directly to MSI ?
Will they take it from me even though i'm not a reseller and didnt purchase it from a reseller?
