Question regarding Obama's public works program

What good is it if the contractors try to maximize profit/minimize cost by hiring a bunch of illegal aliens who duly remit their income to fucking Mexico? What the fuck will be the point? We all know this can happen.

I really hope Obama thought about this because I don't want my money helping the Mexican (or any other foreign) economy directly.

It has something to so with the media comparing BHO with FDR! The truth, FDR's PW projects didn't lift the country out of recession or depression. It was actually WWII that finally did it! Economist are already very pessimistic about BHO's approach.
