Question regarding ICS on Win2k Server

I've temporarily had to resort to using the dreaded "Internet Connection Sharing" on my NAT server because I'm currently stuck on the DSL waiting list and suffering through dialup. 🙁 The problem is, outlook is unable to access my SMTP server to send my mail. Standard port, I'm guessing it's some wierd setting that I can't figure out. The OS on the server is Win2k Advanced Server, and my machine is running 2k pro. Before, I had it set up with NAT and DHCP (when it was on broadband) and I was going to do the same thing, however, the dialup networking connection did not count as the external node under NAT, so I had to use ICS. 🙁 Anyone have any ideas?

Almost forgot to mention, it gives a "No Socket" error in outlook trying to send mail, however it recieves it just fine.
